One of the tenets of jiu-jitsu is to tire a stronger opponent out before you attempt a submission. A tired person usually will make mistakes allowing you to capitalize and finish him with a good technique; it’s called “cooking” your opponent. You “cook” them and when they’re ready, you “eat” them. Here’s Tap or Die’s famous recipe for Meathead soup, enjoy.
Recipe for Meathead Soup:
1 jiu-jitsu man (with gi)
1 meathead (shirtless or with extra tight rash guard)
Mix on mat for 30 seconds
Add continuous neck crank attempts
1 cup of grunts
2 neck vein pops
1 curse from frustration
3 cups of lactic acid
Cook for 30 more seconds
Add 1 slick arm bar from the bottom
Done.
